One bulb out? Keep your slippers on.

The lights are up, the house looks merry, and then you notice a dark bulb. That shouldn’t be your cue to climb onto the roof. Our Christmas-light service is built around enjoying the season, not handing you a new maintenance project.
Individual bulbs make a difference
The commercial-grade professional lights we use have individually replaceable bulbs. When a bulb fails, it can be changed without throwing out or replacing an entire strand. That is different from sealed lighting products where a single light may not be separately serviceable. Other faults can still affect a display, so a dark section needs the right assessment rather than a guess.
Tell us where the gap is
If you spot a bulb that has gone out during the holiday season, contact us and describe its location from a safe spot on the ground. A ground-level photo can help if it is easy to take. We’ll arrange to replace the bulb. There’s no need for you to reach the fitting, unscrew anything, or work at height first.
Bulb support doesn’t mean ignore a safety concern
A missing glow and damaged electrical equipment aren’t the same thing. If you see broken cables, a damaged fitting, sparks, or another safety concern, don’t touch or attempt to repair the display. Keep people away and contact us; seek qualified electrical or emergency help where appropriate. A safe holiday always matters more than keeping every light switched on.
The second ladder weekend is handled too
Putting lights up gets all the attention, but taking them down is still a job when the holidays are over. End-of-season takedown is included in our service. We’ll agree on the schedule and removal arrangements with you, so it isn’t left as a January chore hanging over your head.
Enjoy the whole package
Custom colors and placement make the display yours. Professional installation gets it in place. Seasonal bulb replacement keeps help within reach, and takedown finishes the job. We’ll spell out those details in your quote, including any additional arrangements you want to discuss. You bring the holiday spirit; we’ll handle the high-up parts.
